What you’ll do:
- Coach and empower leaders to create safer workplaces.
- Lead investigations and deliver practical, people-focused solutions.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders, regulators, and industry bodies.
- Drive compliance and continuous improvement through audits and initiatives.
What you’ll bring:
- Proven experience in Health, Safety & Wellbeing.
- Strong knowledge of WHS legislation and compliance requirements.
- Ability to coach leaders and influence behavioural change.
- Practical, operational mindset—you thrive on being out in the field.
- WHS qualifications (highly regarded), plus auditing and incident investigation skills.
- Confidence in stakeholder engagement and building collaborative solutions.
- Willingness to travel across NSW as needed.
