What you’ll do:

• Coach and empower leaders to create safer workplaces.
• Lead investigations and deliver practical, people-focused solutions.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders, regulators, and industry bodies.
• Drive compliance and continuous improvement through audits and initiatives.

What you’ll bring:

• Proven experience in Health, Safety & Wellbeing.
• Strong knowledge of WHS legislation and compliance requirements.
• Ability to coach leaders and influence behavioural change.
• Practical, operational mindset—you thrive on being out in the field.
• WHS qualifications (highly regarded), plus auditing and incident investigation skills.
• Confidence in stakeholder engagement and building collaborative solutions.
• Willingness to travel across NSW as needed.
