We’re looking for customer‑focused, motivated Customer Care Consultant to join our team in Carole Park QLD. If you love helping people, enjoy problem‑solving, and thrive in a fast‑paced environment, this could be the perfect role for you.

Full-time | Expected start date Monday 2nd March 2026

What you’ll do

  • Be the first point of contact for customer enquiries via phone and email
  • Deliver exceptional service across sales, orders, and product support
  • Build strong, trusting relationships with customers and internal teams
  • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross‑sell where it adds value
  • Resolve issues quickly to ensure a smooth, positive customer experience
  • Keep accurate records and follow established processes
  • Support a positive, team‑focused culture

What you’ll bring

  • Ability to work Monday to Friday between 7am and 5pm
  • A genuine commitment to delivering outstanding customer service
  • Confidence working in a busy environment and managing competing priorities
  • Strong attention to detail with solid problem‑solving skills
  • Clear and professional communication, both written and verbal
  • Experience in a call centre or retail environment is a bonus
  • A willingness to learn and grow
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to think ahead and offer solutions
