YOUR OPPORTUNITY
We are looking for an enthusiastic full time Customer Care Consultant to join our Trade Store team based in Mt Gambier SA, to provide an exceptional level of service to our growing customer base.
In this key role, you will support our trade store by serving customers face to face and attend to other activities including stock-takes, shelf price maintenance and stock top-ups ensuring that goods are stored neatly.
By joining our passionate well established team, you will have the opportunity to grow, develop, have fun and make a positive difference to all our customers.
What You’ll Do:
- Be the first point of contact for our customers – in person and via phone/email
- Provide expert advice on our wide range of industrial products
- Maintain a clean, well-stocked, and visually appealing shopfront
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
- Uphold our safety standards and contribute to a positive team culture
- Some warehouse duties and lifting will be required
What You’ll Bring:
- Previous experience in customer service (retail or trade preferred)
- A current and valid drivers licence is essential and Forklift licence desirable
- Well-developed customer service skills with a ‘customer first’ approach
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Effective computer skills including Microsoft Suite
- Self motivated, problem solver and time management skills
