YOUR OPPORTUNITY

Join our esteemed BHP Customer Care Leadership Team as a 2IC in Regency Park, SA, and become an integral part of our success story!

You’ll lead a dedicated team of Customer Care Consultants, ensuring they shine brightly and deliver exceptional service. With tailored coaching and support during your first six months, we'll pave the way for your triumph. Take the reins in fostering a culture of warmth, collaboration, and empowerment within your team.

Your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Lead and mentor a team of Customer Care Consultants, guiding them towards excellence
  • Provide outstanding customer service to both internal and external stakeholders
  • Empower team members to take ownership and lead by example
  • Drive a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement

What you'll bring to your new role:

  • Previous experience leading a customer service team in a high-pressure environment
  • Proven ability to coach, mentor, and develop team members
  • Lead by example promoting our ‘customer first’ value
  • Focus on process improvements to ensure all KPI’s are met consistently
  • Thrive in a fast paced, ever-changing environment
