Your Opportunity 

We’re growing fast and we’re on the lookout for a motivated and people-focused Site Facilitator to join our vibrant team in Regency Park, SA

You will form strong relationships with our customers, visiting their sites and ensuring we are adding value through our inventory solutions services which include the use of scanning software and vending machines for replenishing PPE & general Hardware.

Your Day-to-Day: 

  • Partner with clients to uncover the perfect mix of products and services — balancing, availability, alternatives, and delivery timelines to meet their unique needs 
  • Keep operations running smoothly by managing agreed stock profiles for our customers  
  • Stay ahead of the curve by reviewing and refining inventory ranges to meet company KPIs and ensure optimal stock level 
  • Be a reliable support by assisting with requests when needed always in coordination with your manager and the local sales team 
  • Build strong supplier partnerships through proactive relationship management with both customer and our external sales team to add value to our services 

What You’ll Bring to the Team: 

  • A love for being on the move you're ready and willing to travel regularly to customer sites and keep things running smoothly on the ground 
  • Independence and initiative you’re confident working solo, managing on-site tasks like unloading and restocking vending machines with precision 
  • Top-notch customer service skills you know how to connect with people and communicate clearly, both in person and in writing 
  • Tech-savvy and solutions-focused you’re comfortable using digital tools and thrive in fast-paced environments where quick thinking is key 
  • A full, unrestricted Australian driver’s licence essential for hitting the road and delivering great service wherever it’s needed
