YOUR OPPORTUNITY

We’re looking for an experienced Warehouse Team Leader to join our Canning Vale team. This is a fantastic opportunity to take the next step in your career and build a long-term future in management.

In this role, you’ll lead, coach, and mentor your team to achieve operational success while fostering a positive and productive work environment. What You'll Do:

  • Lead and mentor the warehouse team to achieve operational targets
  • Manage labour performance and ensure consistent results
  • Recruit, onboard, and train new team members
  • Drive performance through coaching, feedback, and clear goals
  • Oversee safety compliance and maintain a safe work environment
  • Afternoon shift role, working from 2pm to 10pm

What You’ll Bring:

  • Proven experience in a fast paced team leader or supervisory role essential
  • Warehouse experience; industrial products knowledge an advantage
  • Forklift licence and high-reach experience desirable
  • Strong skills in performance management and team development
  • Proficient in MS Suite; MS Dynamics experience highly regarded
  • Commitment to maintaining a safe and compliant workplace
