YOUR OPPORTUNITY
Join Cm3 as a Product Owner and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our digital products. In this dynamic position, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage and prioritise the product backlog, ensuring delivery of high-value solutions to our B2B customers. You’ll work closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, agile developers, and stakeholders to translate customer needs into actionable product features.

Your Core Responsibilities:
- Own and manage the product backlog for your squad.
- Translate product initiatives into scope, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate with UX/UI teams to research and validate user needs.
- Engage with customers and internal teams to understand pain points and opportunities.
- Contribute to short- and mid-term product roadmaps and strategy.
- Lead agile ceremonies including refinement, planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Ensure backlog prioritisation and sprint readiness.
- Support go-to-market activities and ensure launch readiness.
- Assist in analysing and reporting on key product metrics and KPIs.
- Foster strong working relationships across delivery and business teams.
To Be Successful, You Will Have
- 2+ years’ experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Business Analyst in an agile SaaS environment.
- Proven success working with agile product development squads.
- Strong understanding of Agile principles and sprint planning.
- Experience converting customer needs into detailed product requirements.
- Ability to manage conflicting priorities and deliver outcomes independently.
- Excellent problem-solving, organisational, and communication skills.
- Exceptional relationship-building and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
- Tertiary qualifications (Undergraduate level) in a relevant field.
