YOUR OPPORTUNITY
We’re looking for a Customer Care Consultant to join our Trade Store team in Morwell, VIC!
In this role, you’ll support customers over the phone, by email, and at our Trade Counter when needed. You’ll be part of a friendly, supportive team that values great service and teamwork.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, in person, and internal systems
- Assist at the Trade Counter, including helping customers, restocking, and general housekeeping
- Take ownership of enquiries and resolve issues quickly
- Review customer sales history to understand their needs and identify upsell opportunities
- Keep customers informed about new products and services
What You’ll Bring:
- Customer service experience in a trade store, call centre, or retail environment
- A dedicated customer‑first approach
- Clear and confident written and verbal communication
- Ability to build relationships and communicate well with our team and customers
- A proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and focus on finding solutions
- Strong organisational and time‑management skills
- An enthusiastic work ethic with consistent reliability
- Experience with Microsoft Suite
