Join Our Growing Team in Mackay, QLD!

Our Mackay warehouse is buzzing with activity as we continue to grow and serve an expanding customer base. To keep up the momentum, we’re looking for a dedicated full-time team member to join us and help deliver outstanding service to our clients.

In this hands-on position, you’ll support various functions across our distribution centre — from receiving and dispatch to picking, packing, and bulk handling. You’ll also get to work with cutting-edge warehouse automation and our integrated system, Microsoft Dynamics.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Picking, packing, and dispatching customer orders
  • Receiving, labelling, and storing incoming goods
  • Sorting, loading, and unloading vehicles
  • Ensuring shelves are stocked and products are well presented
  • Operating forklifts as needed

What You’ll Bring:

  • Previous experience in warehousing, especially in receiving, picking, packing, or dispatch
  • Strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a reliable work ethic
  • Forklift licence and/or high reach experience (a plus!)
  • A customer-focused mindset and a collaborative spirit
  • Familiarity with warehouse systems and RF handsets is highly regarded
