As a key member of our Customer Care team, you’ll take the lead in solving customer enquiries, investigating issues, and delivering meaningful solutions that support both our customers and the business. With dedicated training, ongoing support, and a strong learning and development program, you’ll be set up for long‑term success from day one.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Providing friendly, efficient customer service via phone, email, and internal systems
- Taking ownership of enquiries and resolving customer issues in a timely manner
- Reviewing customer purchase history to understand needs and identify value‑adding opportunities
- Building strong relationships with customers by offering tailored solutions and accurate information
- Keeping customers informed about new products, services, and updates
- Working collaboratively within a supportive team environment
What You’ll Bring:
- Retail and customer service experience is essential
