We currently have a fantastic opportunity for a Customer Care Team Leader to join our team based in Kwinana, WA!
This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless operations, leading the team to provide exceptional customer service along with empowering a successful team. You’ll oversee day-to-day activities, champion process improvement, and foster a culture of engagement within your team.

What You'll be Doing:
- Coach, mentor, and support Customer Care Consultants to build a high-performing, engaged team.
- Manage workflows across calls, emails, and systems to ensure efficiency and service excellence.
- Monitor KPI's, provide regular feedback, and manage behaviours in line with company policies.
- Identify and implement enhancements to improve customer experience and team productivity.
- Act as a key contact for resolving customer and team issues, collaborating across departments.
- Uphold company values, lead by example, and ensure adherence to health, safety, and wellbeing standards.
What You'll Bring:
- Proven leadership experience in a customer-focused environment
- Strong coaching and performance development skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel & PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- High attention to detail and initiative to drive outcomes
- Ability to foster team engagement and promote a positive work culture
