This role is perfect for someone passionate about leading high-performing teams, driving customer excellence, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. You’ll be at the heart of our quotations operations, supporting both internal and external stakeholders while coaching a dynamic team of Customer Care Consultants and Technical Specialists.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead, coach, and develop a team to deliver exceptional service and meet performance targets
- Allocate and monitor workloads, ensuring SLA compliance and timely resolution of escalations
- Drive a culture of change and continuous improvement aligned with “The Blackwoods Way”
- Build strong relationships across internal teams and external partners
- Champion safety, compliance, and employee engagement initiatives
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience leading a team (leading remote teams would be an advantage)
- Strong leadership and coaching capabilities
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
- Commercial acumen and a proactive mindset
- Experience in MRO or PPE markets is a plus
