Are you ready to take the next step in your leadership journey? We’re excited to announce an internal opportunity to join the Mega Mining Quotations Team as a Customer Care Team Leader!

This role is perfect for someone passionate about leading high-performing teams, driving customer excellence, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. You’ll be at the heart of our quotations operations, supporting both internal and external stakeholders while coaching a dynamic team of Customer Care Consultants and Technical Specialists.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team to deliver exceptional service and meet performance targets
  • Allocate and monitor workloads, ensuring SLA compliance and timely resolution of escalations
  • Drive a culture of change and continuous improvement aligned with “The Blackwoods Way”
  • Build strong relationships across internal teams and external partners
  • Champion safety, compliance, and employee engagement initiatives

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience leading a team (leading remote teams would be an advantage)
  • Strong leadership and coaching capabilities
  • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
  • Commercial acumen and a proactive mindset
  • Experience in MRO or PPE markets is a plus
