Why You’ll Love This Role 

We’re looking for a proactive and technically skilled eBusiness EDI Specialist to join our eBusiness Customer Care team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving problems, and is passionate about improving digital customer experiences. 

You’ll be responsible for supporting EDI integrations, investigating data issues, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to deliver seamless digital solutions. 

This is a 12-month opportunity, and we’re open to candidates based on your location.

What You’ll Be Doing 

  • Investigate and resolve incoming EDI issues by identifying root causes and collaborating with stakeholders for timely solutions 
  • Automate manual processes using technical systems knowledge, working closely with internal and external teams 
  • Identify and implement process improvements to support integrated customers through system changes (e.g. ERP updates, security protocols) 
  • Support and test EDI integrations with customers and suppliers, ensuring smooth transitions to live environments 
  • Build strong relationships with internal teams (IT, warehouse, purchasing) and external partners to drive collaboration 
  • Collaborate with eBusiness Project Managers and the EDI Specialist team to deliver successful project outcomes 

What We’re Looking For 

  • Proven ability to effectively prioritize tasks and manage high-volume email correspondence with attention to detail and timeliness. 
  • Strong experience in stakeholder management, with the ability to engage and communicate across diverse teams and business units. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel at an intermediate to advanced level, including data analysis, pivot tables, and Vlookup 
  • Demonstrated problem-solving capabilities, including conducting Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to resolve exceptions and drive continuous improvement for our largest strategic customers. 
  • Experience with Sprint planning and or User Acceptance Testing (UAT), preferable
