Key Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire a team of 12–15 consultants to deliver outstanding customer service
- Monitor and manage workflows across telephony, email, and business systems
- Drive performance through coaching, development plans, and regular feedback
- Foster a culture of engagement, recognition, and continuous improvement
- Collaborate with peers to share best practices and support department-wide goals
- Analyse reports and customer feedback to improve service delivery and satisfaction
What You’ll Bring
- Minimum 2 years’ experience leading a customer care or contact centre team
- Strong coaching, development, and performance management skills
- A customer-first mindset with a passion for process improvement
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management abilities
- Experience with telephony systems and product knowledge (desirable)
