Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire a team of 12–15 consultants to deliver outstanding customer service
  • Monitor and manage workflows across telephony, email, and business systems
  • Drive performance through coaching, development plans, and regular feedback
  • Foster a culture of engagement, recognition, and continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with peers to share best practices and support department-wide goals
  • Analyse reports and customer feedback to improve service delivery and satisfaction

What You’ll Bring

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience leading a customer care or contact centre team
  • Strong coaching, development, and performance management skills
  • A customer-first mindset with a passion for process improvement
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management abilities
  • Experience with telephony systems and product knowledge (desirable)
