YOUR OPPORTUNITY

Due to exciting growth in the business, we are looking for dynamic Site facilitator to join our team based in Scoresby VIC, on a permanent full time basis.

The primary purpose of the role is to, facilitate outsourced engineering stores services to undertake key activities related to sourcing, buying, and delivering MRO consumables in order to reduce total cost of ownership and deliver increase service levels to the customer.

Your key responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Source the best product and service mix to meet the customers needs and discuss this solution with the customer identifying the price, stock availability, product alternatives and expected delivery time
  • Maintain all stores functions and inventory management systems
  • Continually review inventory range to ensure stocking requirements meet company KPI stock turn requirements
  • Support after hours requirements as requested by customer in consultation and authorised by the supervisor/manager
  • Maintain vendor relationships including supplier/manufacturing negotiation

To be successful, you will have:

  • Strong customer service skills including written communication
  • Forklift and Drivers Licence Warehousing, Sourcing and logistics experience
  • Computer literate and excellent problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Secondary education
  • Product knowledge Safety 
  • Ability to work on site unloading and filling vending machines
