An exciting opportunity to apply your expertise in electrical products to deliver customised, high-impact solutions that drive customer satisfaction and business growth.
In this role, reporting to the Head of Technical, you’ll collaborate closely with category management, sales, and customer care teams to support a defined product portfolio and contribute to strategic outcomes.
Some of the responsibilities:
- Proactively driving Electrical category sales opportunities from identification and development through to closure, in consultation with customer facing roles and/or Suppliers.
- Providing overarching pipeline management (incl. CRM), performance reporting, and key market and customer insights.
- Delivering technical expertise and product knowledge support (incl. training) for our Sales and Customer Care teams.
- Building, developing and fostering existing and new customer relationships by leveraging your expertise to identify and deliver solutions to their everyday Electrical product needs.
- Providing quote and tender response support including product recommendations.
- Contribute to cross function projects and initiatives.

- Proven track record in driving profitable sales growth and strong commercial acumen
- Electrical product technical, trade and sales expertise
- Ability to manage competing priorities and sense of urgency
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to build positive and effective working relationships across functions / businesses
- Desire to be face to face with customers providing technical solutions, not behind a desk
- Comprehensive Microsoft office skills
