YOUR OPPORTUNITY
We’re seeking a full-time Customer Care Consultant to join our vibrant Trade Store team in Malaga, WA!
This is a customer-focused role suited to someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and delivering exceptional service every day. You'll be the first point of contact for our customers, managing inbound phone calls and email enquiries while ensuring every interaction leaves a positive impression.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Deliver face-to-face customer service and handle enquiries
- Process customer orders and manage order updates
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally
- Maintain accurate customer records and correspondence
- Build strong customer relationships through exceptional service and communication
Our Ideal Candidate will have:
- Experience in customer service and/or call centres (experience in retail or trades will be highly regarded)
- Confident and clear communication manner - written and verbal
- Familiarity with learning new technology
- Problem-solving ability and proactive attitude
