The Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Storeperson to join our Townsville warehouse team!

Responsible for loading/unloading delivers and sorting orders, your assistance will be crucial to ensuring customer satisfaction through the quality of your work.

This role is ideal for someone who is looking for stable work, is reliable and wishes to work around other life commiments.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Receive, pick, pack and prepare orders efficiently and accurately.
  • Acting with care to ensure customer orders are treated.
  • Assist with inventory management and stocktake.
  • Operate forklifts to support receiving and dispatch activities.
  • Provide an excellent customer service experience (when required).
  • Keeping administration up to date and to standard.

Our Ideal Candidate will have:

  • Previous experience in warehouses or related environments
  • Current Forklift License and experience with forklift trucks will be highly regarded
  • Good communication skills, a great work ethic and a ‘can do’ attitude.
  • A customer service mindset and the ability to work well in a team.
  • Solid problem-solving skills and the ability to manage time effectively.
