YOUR OPPORTUNITY
We are looking for a dedicated Customer Care Consultant to join our Trade Store team in Orange, NSW!
You will play a key role in supporting customers across multiple channels, including phone, email, and in‑store interactions at our Trade Counter. This role also contributes to trade store operations through stock management, online order processing, and general store support.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Deliver professional customer service via phone, email, and face‑to‑face interactions
- Manage customer enquiries and ensure timely, accurate resolutions
- Support store operations including stock replenishment, housekeeping, and merchandising
- Process and finalise customer orders, including online order collections
- Complete administrative tasks to assist the Trade Store team
What You’ll Bring:
- Previous customer service experience in a trade store, retail, or call centre environment
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- A genuine customer‑first approach
- High levels of self‑motivation and interest in professional development
- Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment
