As the Clothing Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for coordinating clothing alteration and embellishment services - including embroidery, heat seal, screen printing, and garment alterations. You’ll work closely with customers, internal teams and external vendors to ensure orders are processed accurately, delivered on time and meet our high standards for quality. You will also manage digital assets, maintain pricing information, and ensure a seamless customer experience from initial enquiry to delivery.
This role is ideal for someone with strong organisational skills, a customer-centric mindset, and experience in customer service or internal sales.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Providing exceptional customer service and expert advice on embellishment solutions
- Maintain pricing and embellishment master files
- Manage the digital asset library for logos and branding
- Liaise with vendors to ensure timely and high-quality service delivery
- Collaborate with internal teams to support sales and margin goals
- Recommend improvements to enhance the customer experience
- Support warehouse finishing operations when needed
What You’ll Bring:
- 5 + years of experience in customer service or internal sales
- Strong computer literacy, ideally with Microsoft Dynamics or similar ERP systems
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and influencing skills
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with commercial acumen
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- A commitment to delivering great customer outcomes
