An exciting opportunity has opened within our Melbourne-based Construction Team for a passionate and results-driven Account Manager. We're looking for a dynamic professional with proven experience to manage and grow both new and existing accounts, driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.

What You'll be Doing:
- Proactively grow market share across your portfolio
- Identify and pursue growth opportunities through strategic planning and analysis
- Meet and exceed sales and margin targets
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline and customer engagement cycle
- Collaborate strategically with the broader Sales team
- Develop tailored strategies to meet evolving customer needs
- Provide hands-on support and build lasting customer relationships
What You'll Bring:
- Demonstrated success in Business Development or Account Management, ideally within the Construction or related industry.
- Ability to build lasting client connections and deliver proactive, technical solutions.
- Confident working autonomously with clear, credible communication.
- Skilled in managing competing priorities with urgency, while maintaining attention to detail and strategic focus.
- Holds a valid, unrestricted Australian driver’s licence.
