Are you ready to shape how an entire organisation learns? As part of the Capability & Talent Team, you will be involved in the development of enterprise-wide learning initiatives to support capability building. With a focus on leadership, this role will contribute to future-oriented solutions to support our business strategy through the creation of learning ecosystems.
Some of the tasks:
- Support with the design and development of enterprise level learning assets and resources
- Shape and deliver foundational leadership content and mentoring initiatives
- Coordinate the Group wide training calendar
- Assist with the end-to-end planning, scheduling, and communication of programs
- Collaborate with the broader HR Team to support consistent deployment of solutions
- Maintain the learning ecosystem including SharePoint, content refresh, and relevant platforms
- Track learning data to support with reporting and continuous improvement
Some of the skills:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in an L&D role or HR related role with learning exposure
- Strong working proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications
- High level written and verbal communication with strong attention to detail
- Ability to engage with external and internal stakeholder and bring people on a journey
- Capability to work autonomously
- Experience in eLearning authoring tools highly advantageous
