We are looking for a proactive and reliable Customer Care Consultant to join our Trade Store team in Townsville, QLD!

What You'll Do

• Be the first point of contact for customers, delivering an exceptional customer experience
• Provide advice and support across our range of industrial and trade products
• Assist with store merchandising, stock presentation, and promotional displays
• Support stock replenishment, stock resets, and maintaining a well-presented trade store
• Accurately process orders, enquiries, and customer information using internal systems
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
• Contribute to a safe, productive, and customer-focused workplace

What You'll Bring

• Proven success in a retail, customer service, or trade environment
• A proactive, self-motivated approach and willingness to take ownership of tasks
• Resilience and the ability to perform effectively in a dynamic, changing environment
• Strong customer service skills with a genuine customer-first mindset
• Confidence using computer systems and managing administrative tasks accurately
• Excellent communication, organisation, and time management skills

Highly Regarded

• Previous experience within an electrical wholesaler, industrial supplier, or similar trade-focused environment
• Exposure to merchandising, stock control, stock replenishment, and store resets
• Experience working within small teams where flexibility and initiative are essential
