About the role

We currently have a Senior Rail Engineer opportunity, this role will lead and support the delivery of a range of projects across the passenger, heavy haul and industrial sectors whilst providing a premium client experience.

You will be a confident Rail Engineer with extensive experience engineering and delivering rail and infrastructure projects for best client outcomes. You will be experienced in rail alignment, civil infrastructure and drainage and interfacing and understanding of other rail disciplines/systems. 

• Leading Rail projects, managing the process of delivering design solutions of best in class projects.
• Instrumental in the delivery of large scale infrastructure projects.
• Support the team in the delivery of projects.
• Seek opportunities for development in pursuit of technical excellence.

About You:

• A relevant Civil qualification or relevant exposure.
• You will have had 8 + years in civil design/delivery role.
• Experience in rail, rail infrastructure and wider civil projects.
• An ability to demonstrate the design process across infrastructure works - Capability to perform planning, concept and detailed design.
• Desire to continuously improve technical knowledge and expertise.
