Take Two is a program of Berry Street Yooralla and is Victoria's only fully accredited statewide outreach therapeutic service for children and young people impacted by trauma. As our Business Support Officer, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our clinicians, leadership team and business operations run efficiently, enabling us to deliver life-changing support to vulnerable children and families.
The Opportunity

Reporting to the Senior Business Support Officer, you will provide a broad range of business, administrative, finance and communications support to the Take Two program. You'll be a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders while helping maintain efficient systems and processes across the service
The Business Support Officer will support the smooth operation of the Communications and Business Operations team, the Take Two leadership team and clinicians.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide business, administrative, finance and communications support to the Take Two program.
- Support referral processing and maintain accurate electronic client records.
- Undertake data entry, database management, invoice processing, reporting and general administrative duties.
- Assist with communications activities, stakeholder engagement and business operations support.
- Support the drafting, development and layout of brochures, presentations, training workbooks and reports.
- Support internal and external communications activities.
- Assist in development of web, digital newsletter and social media content.
- Contribute to the growth and success of Take Two services and programs.
About You
You are skilled at delivering exceptional business operations and administrative support, ensuring tasks are handled efficiently and to a high standard. Collaboration is at the core of your work ethic, you listen carefully to others and value diverse opinions.
You will have
- Certificate qualification in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Experience providing high-quality business operations, administration or office support
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work with diverse stakeholders
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Experience working with databases and information management systems
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate records
- A collaborative approach and commitment to building positive working relationships
- Confidence using Microsoft 365 applications including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and SharePoint
