  • Base Salary $73K - $89K pa ( (dependent on qualifications and/or experience), plus superannuation and salary packaging) plus super & salary packaging

About the Role

As a School Administration Officer at Berry Street School, you will provide administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the school. You will assist the Head of Campus and school staff with student records, communications, scheduling and general office operations.

This role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy school environment. You will contribute to a welcoming front-of-house experience while maintaining accurate records and supporting a safe, inclusive and trauma-informed school community.

About You

You are an organised and proactive administration professional who brings a calm, supportive presence to a busy school environment. You will thrive in this role if you:

  • Have strong administrative and organisational skills
  • Demonstrate excellent attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
  • Are confident using Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
  • Communicate professionally and respectfully with staff, students and families
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team and contribute positively to school culture
  • Are committed to child safety, inclusion and equity, in line with Victorian Child Safe Standards
  • Qualification (Cert IV/Diploma) and salary classification align with the PD; candidates without this may be considered based on experience and appointed at the appropriate unqualified EBA level
