The Opportunity

The Business Analyst is responsible for analysing current business processes, defining clear requirements, and shaping future‑state designs that enhance integration, efficiency and outcomes for the communities we serve. You’ll be encouraged to bring curiosity, critical thinking, and collaboration to the table—diving into complex challenges, working with passionate colleagues to find practical solutions. Key Responsibilities

  • Analyse current business processes and document clear requirements and future‑state (“to‑be”) processes, ensuring consistency and traceability.
  • Lead process analysis activities—facilitate workshops, synthesise complex information to inform technology recommendations.
  • Produce high‑quality artefacts such as user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria to ensure solutions deliver genuine business value.
  • Translate technical concepts into clear, accessible language, support documentation, and contribute to change readiness and transition activities where needed.

About You

  • Intermediate experience within process-mapping skills.
  • Strong track record in tech Business Analyst roles working from initiation to go-live.
  • Ability to analyse complex processes, identify improvement opportunities, and translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements.
  • Experience in leading workshops, engaging diverse stakeholders, and synthesising information into meaningful insights.
  • A skilled communicator who can explain technical concepts in plain language and produce high‑quality documentation that supports decision‑making and change.
  • Collaborative partner who works effectively with technical teams, business leaders, and external vendors to shape solutions that deliver real value.
  • A working understanding of ITSM processes (desirable).
