This is your opportunity to lead transformative initiatives that shape the future of Berry Street Yooralla. We are seeking a Senior Program Manager – Organisational Transformation to deliver complex, high-impact projects that align with our strategic priorities and create lasting positive outcomes for the communities we serve.

About the Role

As a Senior Program Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading organisational change initiatives that make a real difference. This role sits in our People & Culture team and combines strategic thinking with hands-on delivery and requires strong relationship-building skills to foster collaboration across diverse business areas.

You will be responsible for:

  • Lead and deliver organisational transformation projects end-to-end.
  • Apply best-practice project management, change management, and business analysis methodologies.
  • Build strong relationships and foster collaboration across diverse business areas.
  • Ensure alignment of project goals with organisational strategy and operational requirements.
  • Champion continuous improvement and embed sustainable change.

About You

We’re looking for an experienced and adaptable leader who thrives in dynamic environments and is passionate about driving meaningful change.

You will bring:

  • Proven experience managing large-scale, complex projects across services, or organisational change.
  • Strong capability in business analysis and change management.
  • Experience in agile and/or waterfall project delivery environments, with the ability to flex approaches.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to work independently, adapt to shifting priorities, and deliver results.
  • Tertiary qualifications in project management, business, human services, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in program/project delivery roles.

It would be an added bonus if you had experience in the not-for-profit, social services, or disability sectors.
