Take Two provides a range of therapeutic services for infants, children and young people who have suffered trauma, neglect, and disrupted attachment, and contributes to the service system that provides care, support, and protection for children.

  • Ballarat Location on Wadawurrung Country
  • Part Time (0.6 FTE), Ongoing position
  • Base Salary $116k pa (pro rata)+ Super & Salary packaging up to $15,900 pa (pro rata)

Your Opportunity 

  • The Clinician will conduct assessments and develop therapeutic treatment plans guided by the Neurosequential model, with clear goals that are reviewed regularly.
  • Provide clinical supervision to clinicians and students as required whilst carrying a case load; the numbers of cases are dependent on the number of staff the senior clinician supervises.
  • Work in a systemic and collaborative manner with the client, their family and the care team to achieve the goals within the specified time frame.

Your Skills and Experience 

We are looking for candidates who holds leadership skills in supporting the team, the clinical team leader, are able to build and maintain important partnerships and overall support the team to meet key performance indicators. 

You will demonstrate the ability to provide a high standard of complex direct service in the clinical assessment and treatment of children, young people and families, while complying with service delivery outcomes requirement. 

A Bachelor degree level or higher qualification in a Health or Welfare related field such as Occupational Therapy, Psychology, Social Work, Family Therapy, Speech Pathology or related discipline.
