The Opportunity
We are looking for a systems savvy experienced professional to lead transformative change in a purpose-driven organisation. As the People Systems and Data Lead, you’ll be at the forefront of harmonising and uplifting our People & Culture systems, helping shape a future-ready foundation that supports our strategic goals.
Over the next 2–3 years, you’ll play a pivotal role in consolidating multiple HR systems, streamlining processes, and enhancing the employee experience. Working closely with the Head of People Services and cross-functional teams including IT and Finance, you’ll lead a pipeline of system improvements and deliver impactful projects that drive efficiency and data-informed decision-making.

Key Accountabilities:
- Lead the design, implementation, configuration, and optimisation of HRIS platforms to improve employee experience and operational efficiency.
- Build and manage workflows that support streamlined HR processes and accurate data management.
- Coordinate system testing and ensure alignment with business requirements and compliance standards.
- Plan and deliver small to medium-sized projects, tracking progress, timelines, and reporting on variances.
- Develop and embed people metrics and reporting frameworks, providing insights to support strategic workforce decisions.
- Support regular Board reporting and respond to ad hoc data requests with accurate and timely information.
- Manage vendor relationships and support selection processes to ensure systems align with long-term organisational needs.
About You
You’re a systems thinker with a strong foundation in HR technology and a passion for improving how people and data connect. With at least five years’ experience managing HR systems, your strenghts lie in building workflows, managing data, and driving system enhancements from end to end.
You will bring a business analyst mindset to everything you do, with a sharp eye for process design, implementation, and continuous improvement. A solid understanding of HR processes and data management and the ability to collaborate across teams and translate business needs into smart, scalable system solutions is required.
