The Opportunity 

• Mildura location on Latji Latji Country
• Full time & Part Time Positions available

• Clinician: $106K - $109K + Super & Salary Packaging (depending on experience)
• Senior Clinician: $119K + Super & Salary Packaging
• Appointment level, classification and remuneration will be determined based on qualifications, experience and demonstrated capability.

Join Take Two, one of Victoria's leading trauma-informed therapeutic services, and become part of a multidisciplinary team supporting children, young people and families impacted by trauma, abuse, neglect and disrupted attachment. As a flagship site of the Child Trauma Academy, Take Two integrates the Neurosequential Model of Therapeutics (NMT) with evidence-informed practice to deliver impactful therapeutic interventions.

About the Role

As a Clinician or Senior Clinician you will provide trauma-informed assessment and therapeutic intervention services to infants, children, young people and families.

Your work will include:

• Conducting trauma-informed assessments and developing therapeutic treatment plans
• Delivering individual, dyadic, family and systemic therapeutic interventions
• Supporting carers, families and care teams to promote healing and recovery
• Providing consultation, psychoeducation and reflective practice to stakeholders
• Working collaboratively with Child Protection, schools and community partners
• Contributing to multidisciplinary care planning and therapeutic reviews
• Building strong relationships with community partners across the Mallee region.

Senior Clinicians will contribute advanced clinical expertise, mentoring, consultation and supervision within the team.

About You

You are an experienced and passionate clinician who is committed to improving outcomes for vulnerable children, young people and families.

You will bring:

• A strong understanding of developmental trauma, attachment and child development
• Experience delivering therapeutic interventions with children and families
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• A collaborative and reflective practice approach
• Confidence working within complex service systems
• A commitment to cultural safety, child safety and inclusive practice
• Bachelor level qualification in Psychology, Social Work, Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology or a related discipline.
