Join a well-established team of Financial Business Partners, who hold a dedicated portfolio of programs across Berry streets regions. Applying your expertise to ensure provision of financial information for sound decision making whilst establishing and maintaining trusting supportive relationships.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide high quality financial analysis and accurate and timely visibility of the regional and programs financial performance that promotes accountability.
  • Build financial management capability within our regions and programs via a business partnering model.
  • Support our regions and programs in understanding its performance, assist in identifying opportunities for improved performance and provide financial management skill education.
  • Be accountable for the planning, development and timeliness of the annual budgets and rolling forecast process for the regions/central as allocated.

Your skills and experiences

The successful candidate will hold a bachelor’s degree in business, Accounting or Finance with postgraduate qualification (CA/CPA) and relationship partnering experience in a similar position. Experience within Community Welfare and non-for-profit organisations will be highly regarded.
