Key Aspects of the role:
Modern Workplace & Endpoint Management
- Designing, deploying, and managing modern endpoint environments across Windows, macOS, and mobile platforms.
Identity, Security & Access
- Partnering with security teams to ensure compliance and protect users and devices.
Collaboration & Productivity Tools
- Designing solutions that enhance communication, knowledge sharing, and productivity.
- Troubleshooting complex collaboration and end‑user experience issues.
Automation & Continuous Improvement
- Monitoring and enhancing performance, reliability, and user experience across the workplace ecosystem.
- Evaluating emerging technologies and recommending improvements to our modern workplace stack.
Support & Stakeholder Engagement
- Collaborating closely with service desk, infrastructure, security, and business teams.
- Creating and maintaining technical documentation, standards, and procedures.
