The Strategy Office guides and drives Berry Street Yooralla’s strategic direction through planning, data-driven insights, and delivery of key initiatives including merger integration and business growth.

We are seeking an experienced Change Manager to lead the design, planning and delivery of organisational change across a diverse portfolio of initiatives within the Project Management Office (PMO) for Berry Street Yooralla.
You will work broadly across the organisation supporting changes to operations, technology and client services to ensure new ways of working are effectively adopted and sustained. Partnering with Project Managers, senior leaders and service teams, you will drive people centered change and help uplift organisational change capability through practical frameworks, tools and guidance.

About the Role
Reporting to the Strategy Office, you will:
- Deliver effective change management across organisational projects, ensuring initiatives are well planned, supported and successfully adopted.
- Strengthen organisational change maturity by contributing to strategic frameworks, tools and capability uplift.
- Provide expert change advice and hands on support to project teams and leaders to enable consistent, people centred change practices.
- Build strong relationships and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels to drive engagement and alignment.
- Support high quality governance through clear reporting, visibility of risks and continuous improvement of change processes.
This is not a technology project role, or a project management role. The work is organisationally focussed, practice led, people centred and delivery intensive.
Location & Ways of Working
This role requires a mix of flexibility and presence:
- Approximately two days per week working from home
- Approximately three days per week from our Collins Street CBD office
- Occasional work at service delivery locations in Greater Melbourne and Regional Victoria.
Key Selection Criteria
To be successful, you will bring:
- At least eight years of change management experience
- Experience managing change at an organisational level, in addition to within portfolios and/or projects
- Expertise based on qualification/s in at least one change management framework
