The Opportunity

The Project Manager is responsible for managing the end-to-end delivery of projects, with an initial focus on a project to consolidate ITSM platforms at BSY. The PM will ensure initiatives are delivered in alignment with the organisation’s strategic direction, governance requirements and operational needs. Whilst this role will be employed by Berry Street, the Project Manager will work across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee end‑to‑end project delivery using structured project management methodologies.
  • Develop and maintain high‑quality project documentation including plans, schedules, risk registers, status updates, and closure reports.
  • Manage scope, risks, issues, dependencies, and budgets with strong governance and timely escalation.
  • Apply best‑practice project, change, and business analysis techniques to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Prepare clear, insightful reports and presentations for executive and governance forums.
  • Build trusted relationships across service delivery, IT, finance, strategy, communications, and other key teams.
  • Develop change impact assessments and stakeholder engagement plans when dedicated change resources aren’t available.
  • Support teams in adopting new ways of working and embedding sustainable change.

About You

  • Experience in complex projects end to end project management
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and finding structured solutions.
  • Skilled at balancing scope, time, cost, and quality without losing momentum.
  • Confident applying agile, waterfall, or hybrid approaches depending on the project.
  • Intermediate experience in designing and delivering communication, training, and engagement activities.
  • Resilient, proactive, and able to maintain productivity in changing environments.
  • Tertiary qualification in project management, Information Technology or a related field.
