Bene Aged Care is currently seeking a passionate and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team at the St Agnes Residential Facility on a full-time basis.

About Your Role

As a Registered Nurse, you will play a key role in delivering safe, high-quality clinical care while supporting older people’s dignity, comfort, and wellbeing.

In this role, you will:

  • Deliver person-centered, evidence-based nursing care
  • Monitor residents’ health and respond to clinical needs during night and morning shifts
  • Administer medications, manage wound care, and complete accurate clinical documentation
  • Provide leadership and clinical oversight to care staff on shift
  • Support and mentor Care Workers to ensure best practice standards are maintained
  • Foster a safe, calm, and respectful environment for residents
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and external health professionals
  • Collaborate with the broader clinical team to support holistic care planning

What You’ll Bring

Essential:

  • Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
  • Previous experience in aged care or a similar clinical setting
  • Strong clinical judgement, communication, and leadership skills
  • Commitment to respectful, person-centered care
  • Ability to work independently, particularly during night duty
  • Current National Police Check, First Aid, and Manual Handling certificates

Desirable:

  • Italian language skills (advantageous, not essential)
