Bene Aged Care is currently seeking a reliable and team-focused Kitchen Hand to join our team at the St Agnes Residential Facility on a permanent part-time basis (PM shifts).

Your Role as a Kitchen Hand

• Work permanent part-time afternoon/evening shifts
•  Assist with preparation and service of nutritious meals
• Support special dietary requirements and menu delivery
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas and equipment
• Operate commercial kitchen equipment safely
• Complete Food Safety and HACCP documentation
• Work collaboratively with the hospitality team to deliver excellent service

What You’ll Bring

Essential:

•  Current National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
• Valid Driver’s Licence
• Ability to work afternoon/evening shifts
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Commitment to food safety and hygiene standards

Desirable:

• Previous experience in aged care, healthcare or hospitality kitchens
• Knowledge of Food Safety / HACCP principles
• Italian language skills (advantageous, not essential)
