What you’ll do
As part of the Assets and Maintenance Team, you’ll provide day-to-day administrative and operational support across tenancy and maintenance services, helping coordinate processes, maintain accurate records, and deliver responsive customer service to tenants, contractors, and internal teams.
You’ll contribute to a positive and respectful environment where tenants are treated with dignity and support services are delivered with care and professionalism.
Your ability to stay organised, communicate clearly, and provide compassionate customer service will help create positive outcomes for tenants and strengthen service delivery across the organisation.
You’ll enjoy working in a supportive environment that values initiative, teamwork, and continuous learning while giving you the chance to build a meaningful career with impact.

You’ll be trusted to make a valuable impact by:
- Delivering responsive frontline support to tenants, visitors, and stakeholders.
- Supporting tenancy documentation, housing applications, and eligibility processes
- Coordinating maintenance requests and contractor communications
- Preparing reports, correspondence, meeting minutes, and documentation
- Managing confidential records (digital & physical) and supporting compliance activities
- Assisting with office administration, scheduling, invoicing, and procurement tasks
What you’ll bring
To thrive in this role, you will have:
- Demonstrated administration experience with strong customer service capability
- Ability to work effectively in a busy environment with competing priorities
- Excellent communication skills and a compassionate, professional approach
- Proven ability to deliver respectful, inclusive and culturally respectful service to diverse communities
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accurate record keeping
- Confidence using Microsoft Office applications and database systems
We would also love you to have:
- Experience in community housing, social services, government, or property sectors
- Knowledge of tenancy legislation or housing related compliance requirements
- Relevant qualifications in Business Administration or Community Services
