You’ll be trusted to make a valuable impact by:

  • Managing rent account administration, including charges, adjustments, rebates, subsidies and tenant statements.
  • Leading scheduled rent reviews, income verification and rent assistance eligibility checks.
  • Overseeing arrears monitoring, payment plan support and tenant-centred account resolution.
  • Preparing reports on rent revenue, arrears, tenant account activity, trends and compliance performance.

  • Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly, respectfully and with sensitivity.

We would also love you to have:

  • Experience in community housing, social services or another regulated environment.
  • Knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act and NRSCH compliance requirements.
