Applicants are sought for permanent Part Time employment as a Food & Domestic Assistant (Cleaner).

About the Role:

To assist the organisation to meet its strategic and operational objectives in Essential Services by providing a clean, tidy and welcoming facility through cleaning the interior and exterior areas of Beechworth Health Service and provide the safe preparation of food to a high standard.

About You:

  • Evidence of ability to work to a high standard with minimal supervision and commitment to work as part of a team
  • Evidence of interpersonal skills, with a friendly manner when dealing with residents, patients, clients, staff & community members
  • Genuine desire to work in the hospitality service and perform cleaning duties within a health service environment
  • Evidence of good personal hygiene standards and understanding of BHS infection control policies and procedures
  • Evidence of willingness to work weekends and variable shifts as required
  • Evidence of contribution to build a positive team culture
  • Excellent work ethic and time management skills
