What You’ll Lead

• Organisation-wide budgeting, long-term financial modelling and sustainability
• Financial risk management, compliance and aged-care prudential standards
• Procurement, contracting and service agreement oversight
• Internal and external audits
• High-performing teams across Finance, Administration, Contracts and Clinical Coding
• Trusted financial advice to the CEO and Board committees

What You Bring

• Strong finance leadership experience (health or aged care desirable)
• Expertise in budgeting, reporting, internal controls and regulatory compliance
• Commitment to excellence, integrity and a collaborative team culture
• Strategic thinking with the confidence to influence and advise
