About the role

You’ll support the store leadership team to drive sales, coach the team, and deliver an outstanding customer experience in a fast‑paced, high‑energy environment.

• Lead and motivate the team
• Drive sales and customer experience
• Support stock, VM and daily operations
• Promote a safe and positive workplace

About you

• Previous supervisory experience in retail
• Passion for coaching and team development
• Strong communication and organisation skills
• Love the outdoors — camping, fishing or boating (big bonus!)
