Bayer Radiology provides solution to optimize efficiency in CT, MRI, Angiography and Nuclear Medicine for today, and tomorrow’s imaging environment. We focus on patients with industry leading service coverage, Australian R&D and local manufacturing.

Do something that moves you.

Support all processes related to R&D / Manufacturing IT / Industrial Control Systems used in Production, Laboratories, Warehouse and Site at the Radiology Supply Centers located in Rydalmere, driving to a new level the IT setup in these areas, based on the requirement arising from digitalization, increased automation, cyber security and GxP data integrity.

  • Manage Service Operations at the shopfloor level for Manufacturing IT / OT / Industrial Control Systems and applications – e.g. Manufacturing Execution System, Laboratory and Manufacturing IT tools and equipment.
  • Support the transition from 90%-manual field activities to automated solutions in the areas of Users Management, Backup & Restore, Virus scanning, Patch Management, Data Engineering on interfaces (OPC, remote maintenance).
  • Support the improvement of business operations through the implementation and execution of efficient and automated shopfloor processes, in Collaboration with the site manufacturing engineering and Digital Lead.
  • Support R&D IT tasks including CAD systems, PLM systems and maintenance of connected R&D lab equipment.
  • Ensure operational execution of services according to agreed service levels, regarding availability, capacity, efficiency, GxP compliance, integrity, and security.
  • Lead and support projects that involve IT activities.

Does this sound like you?

  • University Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or an equivalent qualification.
  • Extensive experience as in a customer-facing position in IT.
  • Extensive experience managing Windows-based office and database systems is required
  • Some knowledge or exposure to Linux-based systems is preferred
  • Experience in the Medical Devices sector with knowledge of GxP regulations is preferred.
  • Fluent English, written and spoken.
