Where do you want to go?
At Bayer CropScience we are a small team of dedicated Plant Operators producing chemical products for customers in farming, horticulture, turf and pest management industries just to name a few.
You will have the opportunity to work across the full production line, operate or tend machines to prepare products for storage or shipment. With this you will observe machine operations to ensure quality and conformity of filled or packaged products to standards. You will require a strong ability to follow work health & safety, quality and environmental protection

- Set up and operate the production packing line machinery
- Perform quality control checks
- Ensure Health & Safety procedures are followed and adhered to at all times
- Contribute to continuous improvement
Does this sound like you?
- Direct experience within a Manufacturing environment and packing lines
- Mechanically minded
- Strong literacy and numerical skills
- Have the drive to progress your career within a challenging environment
- Hold a Certificate 3 qualification or above in manufacturing (preferred)
