Where do you want to go?
Join our Bayer CropScience Manufacturing site as a dedicated Facilities Coordinator. Working onsite, reporting into the HSE Manager you will be joining a small HSE team at our Pinkenba facility. You will primarily focus on managing the sites procurement purchasing and contracts management along with actioning facilities requests

Day to day duties will vary but key tasks will focus on:
- Raising purchase orders in Ariba SmartBuy
- Reconciliation of purchases and timely processing of invoices (accounts receivable)
- Generating contracts for goods and services
- Contractor management
- Accurate record keeping of service agreements, insurances, company licensing, registrations and renewal dates
- Actioning all facilities requests in a timely manner
Does this sound like you?
- Demonstrable experience in facilities and contract management coordination
- Experienced in writing and editting contracts from set templates
- Intermediate skills in MS Word and Excel
- Excellent attention to detail
- Experience using SAP, Ariba SmartBuy and Yourdocs is advantageous
