This parental leave cover position is ideal opportunity for a candidate keen to develop foundation skills in Regulatory Affairs. Suited to motivated individuals with life science/pharmacy qualifications considering regulatory affairs as a career option. We are looking for an enthusiastic new addition to our RA team. The Regulatory Affairs Coordinator supports the smooth operation of the pharma regulatory function through proficient use of critical systems and optimization of local regulatory processes and procedures, bringing a best practice mindset to continuous improvement.
Duties include:
- General support and operational tasks necessary to achieve local business and global regulatory affairs deliverables.
- Payment processing, expense tracking, report preparation and travel arrangements.
- High level Microsoft Office support and presentation preparation.
- Occasional involvement in APAC regulatory activities on behalf of ANZ.
- Undertake projects as assigned from time to time either independently or in partnership with other team or cross function members.
- Support artwork reviews as required.

- Tertiary degree in life science/pharmacy qualifications.
- Interest / experience in the field of regulatory affairs.
