Where do you want to go?

Join our Pharmaceutical Commercial Excellence group as a Business and Salesforce Excellence Manager to lead-end to-end enhanced market data and analytical insights to set strategy, drive performance and measure impact.  

This is a newly created role to drive the adoption of data-driven business practices. You will apply best practice data management principles to set Customer Engagement Excellence standards, develop platform frameworks, to deliver insights-driven customer segmentation and targeting, resource allocation modelling, execution KPIs and Customer Engagement Excellence KPIs.

Reporting to the Head of Commercial Excellence, you will work closely across the commercial business at all levels to capture data reporting requirements, design and implement robust data and visual analytics solutions, introduce marketing analytics to help brand and sales teams understand the customer, in order to identify growth opportunities and tailor communication.

Do something that moves you..

  • Develop and maintain productive strategic partnering relationships with key stakeholders across Marketing, Commercial Operations, Commercial Excellence and Sales to seek alignment and harmonisation to ensure findings are incorporated into key business processes.
  • Develop country and brand level insights from analytics and models, measure results and enable foresight analytics and drive to action, supplemented by ad hoc analysis where necessary.
  • Provide guidance on analyzing reports, flagging issues, and creating solutions on how to improve the outcomes.

Does this sound like you?

  • Demonstrated experience in pharmaceutical SFE, Customer Engagement Excellence, Data Analytics and CRM,with a good understanding of Pharma sales and marketing processes.
  • Experience in performance management, data analytics, sales force excellence and business translator roles preferably with pharmaceutical / life sciences background.
  • Proven Salesforce (must have) Veeva (highly desirable) CRM process and functionality expertise including training of key users (Veeva CRM / Veeva Align).
