Where do you want to go?
You will have the opportunity to experience all areas of the Market Access team and gain valuable knowledge and experience.
Reporting to the Head of Market Access, Advocacy and Pharmaceutical Policy, you will be an integral part of the Market Access team, collaborating within the team and wider organisation to develop and execute reimbursement strategies in support of our products. Leading, developing, and executing patient access strategies across the Bayer Pharmaceutical products.
Do something that moves you.
- Developing your knowledge and experience of the Australian Health Technology Assessment (HTA) system
- Plan and prepare reimbursement applications for the PBAC & MSAC
- Work cross functionally with colleagues including; marketing, medical, regulatory at both local and regional levels
- Support feasibility assessment for new medicines
- Provide support to the Market Access team on a wide variety of task and support with work where needed

Does this sound like you?
- Tertiary degree in life science, health sciences, health economics, economics or related fields
- Direct experience of Market Access/HTA experience within the pharmaceutical industry or pharma consulting or other evidence-based medicine market
- Understanding of the ANZ reimbursement processes is desirable
- Strong interpersonal skills with influencing, communication, and presentation skills important
- Medical/technical writing skills are desirable with excellent oral and written are essential
- Learning mindset with a pro-active solution orientated attitude
- Able to work collaboratively within a team
