Where do you want to go?

  • Utilize your Chemical Engineering skillset and manufacturing best practice experience to drive standardization, optimization and HSQE compliance at our Pinkenba plant.

Do something that moves you.

  • Assess and document the performance of current manufacturing processes
  • Suggest and design process improvements based on current and desired process performance
  • Deep dive into Bayer processes, industry best practice and knowledgeable colleagues in order to propose and design practical process improvements
  • Trouble shoot manufacturing obstacles which impact our site’s performance
  • Produce and keep up to date accurate manufacturing standards for processes, products and manufacturing equipment
  • Embrace digital solutions to drive business efficiency

Does this sound like you?

  • Bachelor of Chemical Engineering, with proven experience in chemical manufacturing and process design
  • Be an effective communicator, with the ability to adapt technical language and complex processes into clear documentation
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Strong knowledge of MS Word/Excel
  • A positive self-starter attitude who demonstrates the Bayer LIFE values
