At Bayer we’re visionaries, driven to solve the world’s toughest challenges and striving for a world where ‘Health for all, Hunger for none’ is no longer a dream, but a real possibility. We’re doing it with energy, curiosity and sheer dedication, always learning from unique perspectives of those around us, expanding our thinking, growing our capabilities and redefining ‘impossible’. There are so many reasons to join us. If you’re hungry to build a varied and meaningful career in a community of brilliant and diverse minds to make a real difference, there’s only one choice.

Where do you want to go?

In this role you will be responsible for driving the discovery and use of insights from market research with consumers, shoppers and health care professionals across our Nutritional brands, which includes some of Bayer’s biggest Consumer Health brands, across ANZ.

You will run smaller qualitative and quantitative studies "in-house," which will not only add variety to the role, but greater ownership of the research.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for a part-time role (3 or 4 days per week) to join us.

Do something that moves you.

  • Work closely with multiple business areas to be the SME for all things consumer and shopper insight, enabling a consumer-centric culture across our Consumer Health Business.
  • Lead, manage and execute research projects according to the research needs of the business to deliver relevant insights, including briefs, methodology selection, research design, analysis, reporting and implementation
  • Work cross functionally with all project stakeholders to ensure projects are embedded into business and act as strategic advisor to key stakeholders
  • Provide on-going development and iteration of research plans to address knowledge gaps and business needs
  • Utilise insights, knowledge and expertise to develop stronger relationship with our key retail partners
  • Proactively guide and assist in the local implementation of global research projects
  • Manage all third-party research suppliers including selection and performance
  • Identify and develop new research techniques and solutions with both internal and third-party suppliers, in line with business needs

Does this sound like you?

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Psychology, Commerce or other related fields
  • Strong strategic thinking and experience advising stakeholders on customer and consumer strategy based on insight and data
  • Direct experience running research projects end to end
  • Ideally have experience running smaller qualitative and quantitative studies "in-house,” if mainly client-side experience
  • Able to effectively manage stakeholder relationships, collaborate and influence
